Refund Policy

Effective Date: 1 April 2026

1. Overview

At Crozsi, we are committed to being transparent about our refund and cancellation policy. Domain name services are unique in nature — once a domain is registered, renewed, or a transfer is initiated, it cannot be undone without cost to us as a reseller.

Please read this policy carefully before making any purchase. By completing a payment on our Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.

Important: Domain registrations, renewals, and transfers are non-refundable once processed. Please double-check the domain name and order details before completing your payment.

2. Domain Registrations

No Refunds — All domain registration fees are strictly non-refundable once the registration has been submitted to the registry. This applies regardless of:

  • Change of mind after completing the purchase
  • Accidental registration of the wrong domain name or wrong TLD
  • Failure to use the registered domain
  • Domain not functioning as expected due to DNS propagation delays
  • Business closure or change in business requirements

Domain registrations are processed immediately upon payment confirmation and submitted directly to the domain registry. We are charged by the registry as soon as this process begins, which is why we are unable to offer refunds.

3. Domain Renewals

No Refunds — Domain renewal fees are non-refundable once the renewal has been processed. This includes renewals initiated manually through the dashboard.

We strongly recommend enabling auto-renewal reminders and reviewing your domains before manually renewing to avoid accidental or duplicate renewals.

4. Domain Transfers

No Refunds — Transfer fees are non-refundable once the transfer request has been submitted to the registry.

Please ensure the following before initiating a transfer to avoid a failed transfer:

  • The domain is unlocked at your current registrar
  • The EPP/authorization code is correct and valid
  • The domain was registered or last transferred more than 60 days ago
  • The domain is not expired or within 30 days of expiry
  • The WHOIS email address is accessible for transfer confirmation
If a transfer fails due to reasons attributable to Crozsi (such as a system error or our processing mistake), you will be entitled to a full refund or a free retry. See Section 7 for details.

5. Marketplace Domain Purchases

No Refunds — Marketplace purchases are final once the domain has been transferred to the buyer's account.

Before completing a marketplace purchase, we recommend verifying the domain's history, expiry date, and any existing DNS records using public WHOIS tools.

6. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds will be issued only in the following specific circumstances:

✅ Failed Registration (Our Error)

If a domain registration fails after payment has been received due to a system error, registrar issue, or any reason attributable to Crozsi — a full refund of the amount paid will be issued within 7–10 business days.

✅ Duplicate Payment

If you were charged twice for the same order due to a payment gateway error, the duplicate payment will be fully refunded within 5–7 business days upon verification.

✅ Unauthorized Transaction

If a transaction was made without your authorization and you report it to us within 48 hours, we will investigate and process a refund if the claim is validated, subject to verification with our payment processor.

✅ Failed Transfer (Our Error)

If a domain transfer fails due to an error on our end (not due to incorrect information provided by you), a full refund or free retry will be offered.

7. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund under Section 6, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction date with the following information:

  • Your registered email address
  • Order ID or transaction ID
  • Domain name involved
  • Reason for refund request
  • Any supporting evidence (screenshots, error messages, etc.)

Our support team will acknowledge your request within 24 hours and provide a resolution within 7 business days.

Refund requests submitted after 7 days from the transaction date may not be accepted unless there are exceptional circumstances.

8. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method used for the transaction
  • Credit/debit card refunds: 5–10 business days after approval
  • UPI/net banking refunds: 3–5 business days after approval
  • Wallet refunds: 1–3 business days after approval

Crozsi is not responsible for any delays caused by the payment gateway or your bank after the refund has been initiated from our end.

GST charged on the original transaction will also be refunded proportionally where applicable, in accordance with GST regulations.

9. Chargebacks

We strongly encourage you to contact us at support@crozsi.in before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Most issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication.

If a chargeback is filed without prior contact with us, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and dispute the chargeback with our payment processor, providing all relevant transaction evidence.

10. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
