Terms of Service

By accessing or using the website crozsi.in ("Platform") and its services, you ("User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Crozsi Ecommerce Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 with its registered office at 1/32, Rani Nagar, Vadakkuthottam, Malumichampatti, Coimbatore – 641050, Tamil Nadu, India.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Users will be notified of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the Platform.

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
• Be legally competent to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872
• Not be barred from receiving services under applicable law
• Provide accurate, complete, and current registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials

By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the above eligibility requirements.

Crozsi provides the following services through its Platform:

• Domain name search and availability checking
• New domain name registration across various TLDs
• Domain name renewals
• Domain name transfers from other registrars
• Domain marketplace — buying and selling of domain names
• Domain management tools including nameserver updates, privacy settings, and lock/unlock

We act as a reseller for domain registration services. Domain registrations are processed through our registrar partner. We do not guarantee domain availability until a registration is successfully confirmed.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time, with or without notice, without liability to you.

You must create an account to purchase services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Keep your account information up to date at all times
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or breach of security
• Not share your account with any third party
• Not create multiple accounts for fraudulent purposes

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we suspect are being used fraudulently.

By registering a domain through our Platform, you agree to the terms and policies of ICANN (Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers) and the relevant domain registry, in addition to these Terms.

You represent and warrant that:

• The domain name registration does not infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights
• The statements made in connection with the registration are true and accurate
• You are not registering the domain for any unlawful purpose
• You will not use the domain in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• You have provided accurate WHOIS contact information

Domain registrations are subject to availability and acceptance by the relevant registry. A completed payment does not guarantee domain registration if the domain becomes unavailable or is rejected by the registry.

You acknowledge that domain name disputes are governed by ICANN's Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy (UDRP) and that we are not responsible for any disputes regarding ownership or use of registered domains.

All prices displayed on the Platform are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST) calculated at the time of checkout based on your billing/shipping address.

We accept payments through Razorpay and PayU. By making a payment, you agree to the terms and conditions of the respective payment gateway.

Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of checkout.

GST is calculated as follows: CGST (9%) + SGST (9%) for customers in Tamil Nadu; IGST (18%) for customers in other states.

Domain Registrations: All domain registration fees are non-refundable once the registration has been processed. Domain registrations are processed immediately upon payment confirmation. We do not offer cancellations or refunds for domain registrations under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind after registration
• Accidental purchase of the wrong domain name
• Failure to use the domain
• Technical issues unrelated to our services

Failed Registrations: In the event that a domain registration fails after payment has been received, you will be entitled to a full refund of the amount paid. We will process such refunds within 7-10 business days.

Domain Renewals: Renewal fees are non-refundable once processed.

Domain Transfers: Transfer fees are non-refundable once the transfer has been initiated. If a transfer fails due to reasons attributable to us, a full refund will be issued.

Marketplace Purchases: Domain marketplace purchases are final and non-refundable once the domain has been transferred to the buyer.

Crozsi provides a marketplace for users to list and purchase domain names. By listing a domain for sale, you represent and warrant that:

• You are the rightful owner of the domain being listed
• The domain is not subject to any dispute or legal proceedings
• The asking price is set in good faith
• You will complete the transfer promptly upon sale

All listings are subject to approval by Crozsi before being published on the marketplace. We reserve the right to reject any listing without providing a reason.

Crozsi acts only as a facilitator for marketplace transactions and is not a party to the transaction between buyer and seller. We are not responsible for disputes arising between buyers and sellers.

You agree not to use the Platform or any domain registered through it to:

• Engage in any unlawful activity or promote illegal content
• Infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights
• Send spam, phishing emails, or engage in any fraudulent activity
• Host malware, viruses, or any harmful software
• Engage in cybersquatting or registering domains in bad faith
• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or rule
• Impersonate any person, organization, or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or its servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform

The Platform and all its content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software) are owned by Crozsi Ecommerce Private Limited and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Platform or its content without our prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Crozsi Ecommerce Private Limited and its directors, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business
• Domain name loss due to expiry or failure to renew
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Any errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content on the Platform
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Platform
• Losses arising from domain disputes or UDRP proceedings

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Crozsi Ecommerce Private Limited and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of the Platform or services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third party's rights
• Your domain name registrations or use
• Any content you submit or transmit through the Platform

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, or validity thereof shall first be attempted to be resolved through mutual negotiation. If not resolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. The language of arbitration shall be English.

Subject to the arbitration clause above, the courts of Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.
