By accessing or using crozsi.in and creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our platform.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (or your organisation) and Crozsi Ecommerce Private Limited (CIN: U47912TZ2024PTC032053).

You must be at least 18 and authorised to act for your organisation. Marketing is optional and is not a condition of using this service. To access business pricing and place orders, you must create an account with accurate company and contact information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must notify us immediately at info@crozsi.in of any unauthorised use of your account. Crozsi is not liable for losses caused by unauthorised account access.

All prices displayed on the platform are exclusive of GST (the applicable rate is shown in your quote or order). Prices are subject to change without notice. A confirmed quote is valid for the period stated in the quote document.

Crozsi supplies only genuine, authorised products. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.

Orders are confirmed upon receipt of full payment unless credit terms have been separately agreed in writing. Risk of loss for physical goods passes to the buyer upon delivery.

For software licences and digital products, delivery is considered complete upon transmission of licence keys or activation credentials to your registered email.

You are responsible for providing accurate GSTIN details before placing an order. Invoices are generated based on the GSTIN registered in your account profile. Contact us promptly about invoice errors. Corrections, credit notes and any e-invoice cancellation are subject to applicable law and statutory time limits. If you provide an incorrect GSTIN, you remain liable for the GST amount and Crozsi is not responsible for any resulting input credit loss.

All content on crozsi.in — including text, design, graphics, logos and software — is the property of Crozsi Ecommerce Private Limited or its content suppliers. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without express written permission.

Product names, logos and trademarks displayed on the platform belong to their respective owners. Their display does not imply any affiliation or endorsement beyond the authorised reseller relationship.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Crozsi's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Crozsi is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.

Our Refund Policy (/refunds), Shipping Policy (/shipping) and Cancellation Policy (/cancellation) form part of these terms. Review them and any product-specific licence or certificate-authority conditions before ordering. For cancellation, contact info@crozsi.in with the order number promptly; availability of cancellation depends on fulfilment or activation and applicable rights. Additional charges require your agreement.
