Room planning

A complete room starts with the right questions.

Room size, how many displays you have, and whether a camera is already installed decide the range. Crozsi quotes Hub, Bar, CX or Present against that list.

Before you decide

Which ClickShare fits the room?

Start with the job. Hub is a modular room system: Hub Core for one display, Hub Pro when the room needs two. A video bar puts camera, speakers and microphones in one unit — Bar Core for one screen, Bar Pro for two. CX connects a laptop to the camera and display already in the room. C-5 and C-10 share content to the display only.

Does ClickShare Hub include the Control Panel and a Teams licence?

The Hub Core package does not include the Control Panel, power cable or power cord. Those come with the Hub Core and Control Panel Kit. Barco lists a Microsoft Teams Rooms licence as required, and Hub is certified for Microsoft Teams when it is bundled with specific AV devices.

What warranty and delivery details will the quote include?

The quote names the models and the warranty Barco publishes for those models. Hub lists a 3-year standard manufacturer warranty. Bar and CX list 1 year as standard, with 5 years of coverage after the unit is registered with SmartCare. Crozsi invoices with GST and delivers across India from Coimbatore.

One room, or a list of them?

Send the room list, seat counts and which kind of ClickShare each room needs.
